After relocating to California, he expanded his expertise into real estate administration and property management with Realty Trust, where his performance and leadership led him to become Office Manager of the Palm Springs branch.
In this role, Daniel played a key part in high-profile residential and commercial transactions, working alongside top-producing brokers, including Luca Volpe, recognized by Palm Springs Life as a top-selling realtor from 2020 to 2023.
He also collaborated closely with Scott Timberlake, Owner, CEO, and Principal Broker of Realty Trust, an established brokerage founded in Hawaii in 1985, further deepening his understanding of complex transactions, desert-specific properties, and luxury clientele.
Daniel is also the Founder and Owner of TUKASA, a luxury home concierge and property services company created to meet the unique demands of desert living. Through TUKASA, he has built a strong presence in property management, second-home care, project oversight, and luxury lifestyle services, offering clients peace of mind whether they live locally or from afar.
